At Paula's Zzerts, we take great pride to produce decadent baked goods honoring the traditions of our families. We use organic butter, local organic eggs, King Arthur Flour (unbleached & non-GMO), organic (and sustainable) pure vanilla extract, Bob's Red Mill Oats & Rice Flours, pure cane (non-gmo) sugars, non-aluminum & non-GMO baking powder, Bob's Red Mill cornstarch (non-GMO), local in-season organic fruits and vegetables, and organic raisins in our baked goods. Quality you can taste, baked with love.

Unlike traditional bakeries, we make everything to order, to your specifications. We are able to customize our goods to fit your needs. If you don't see what you want on our menu or in our online store, just ask! You can purchase online at any time of the year or at one of the local farmers markets.
