Buffet MenuOur menu options include two meats, two veggies, one starch, a salad and drinks (non-alcoholic) an hor d'oeuvres station, disposable white china with gold or silver edging, disposable silver/gold look utensils, glass stemware starting at $23 per person. Staffing is $165 per service member. There is an 18% service charge to cover mileage, insurance costs, tax and a 15% gratuity.
